Hail Agriculture
Development Co-HADCO has signed a letter of understanding
with Al-Othman Agri. Prod of Proc co.(NADA) on Sat 13///1427
H. Cor. 11/2/2006 including Al-OSAMAN “PLASTICO” based on
HADCO previous decision to study the idea of amalgamation
with AL-OSMAN. The memo states the conduction of a
feasibility study of the amalgamation of NADA with HADCO
together with the relative evaluations and necessary studies
to enable the 2 companies to take a final decision on this
regard during a period of six months. Signature of this
letter of understanding does mean an amalgamation agreement
whereas it determines the principles, practical steps and
time frame work to study the amalgamation issue.
